Watershot PRO 6/6S users; we're receiving a few communications about the correct iPhone Settings set-up.
Let me try a “cook book” with you and see if there is anything you’ve missed.
Settings:
Display & Brightness
Check that the iPhone is in Standard mode not Zoom mode
Settings
Privacy
Camera
Check that the Watershot App has access to the Camera
Microphone
Check that the Watershot App has access to the Microphone
Photos
Check that the Watershot App has access to the Photos
Open the Watershot App and ‘click’ on the Watershot Logo in the upper left hand corner.
The Open Mode Menu should open up. Click on Housing Type and choose either Standard Housing (5 buttons) or the PRO 6 Housing (6 Buttons) this is based on the number of buttons that you have on the Rear Housing Section of your Watershot PRO.
With iOS 10.3.2 you can use the Apple Camera with any of the Watershot PRO Housings (6 Buttons)
You can use the regular Camera App on the iPhone and switch between all of the different picture modes.
